Social Media Strategist
Do you have a talent for creating data-driven social media strategies that boost engagement and foster growth? You'll be instrumental in planning, executing, and refining social media campaigns for multifamily communities across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies for apartment communities
- Create compelling content calendars aligned to lease-up timelines
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
- Collaborate with the PPC and SEO teams on integrated campaigns
- Report on KPIs including CPL, engagement rate, and tour bookings
Requirements
- 2+ years of social media marketing experience
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and content scheduling tools
- Strong copywriting and visual communication skills
- Experience with multifamily or real estate marketing is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into strategy
Account Manager
We're looking for dedicated Account Managers to be the main point of contact for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with multifamily developers and operators to understand their objectives, craft tailored strategies, and ensure they're fully satisfied with our services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multifamily clients
- Lead onboarding, strategy sessions, and monthly performance reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (PPC, SEO, social, email) to deliver results
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client performance
- Manage client expectations and communicate clearly on timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management or client services experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and KPIs
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
Digital Advertising Specialist
Are you passionate about paid advertising on search and social platforms? As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you'll manage and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure the highest ROI and maximum qualified lead volume for our multifamily clients.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Meta ad campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for multifamily properties
- Write compelling ad copy and test creative variations
- Monitor spend, CPL, and cost-per-lease metrics daily
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of paid search and/or paid social advertising experience
- Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager certifications preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics / GA4
- Experience managing $50K+ monthly ad budgets
- Multifamily or real estate advertising experience is a strong plus
Data Analyst
Are you skilled at interpreting and analyzing marketing data? Join us as a Data Analyst and play a key role in measuring and improving campaign performance by delivering valuable insights and recommendations that drive leasing results.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking Leads → Tours → Leases
- Analyze campaign data across PPC, SEO, social, and email channels
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Develop attribution models to connect marketing spend to signed leases
- Present findings to clients and internal teams in clear, actionable formats
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing analytics or data analysis experience
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or Tableau
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels and attribution modeling
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, GHL, Salesforce) is a plus
